Annie Leibowitz shoots Lily Cole in a Hansel and Gretel inspired shoot "Little Girl and Boy Lost" the December issue of Vogue, featuring the the cast of the Opera opening at the Metropolitan Opera House and Lady Gaga (there she is, yet again) as the witch.
