new ::

Agyness Deyn, the british pixie model/actress/singer launched her online lifestyle magazine over the weekend, NAAG.

with a focus on fashion, beauty, places and culture, creative director Deyn and her editor in chief/friend Fiona Byrne focus on everything from must have lipsticks to up and coming bands. all of the articles, according to NYmag, are written by the duo's journalist friends.

"It's places that we go, things that we buy, products that we use," Byrne explained. "We're writing it for our peers, and we hope people who hang out with us in New York and London will find new stuff to be obsessed with. But we also want girls in Ohio to be able to go on and find stuff, too. The fashion, for example, will be aspirational, but accessible. "- Deyn to NYmag during NY Fashion Week last february.

stay tuned.

kate ::

Nick Knight at Showstudio shot this video for Kate Moss' S/S 10 collection for Topshop. You can barely see the clothing in this sunlight streaming video, but really who cares when Kate is prancing around in all her glory?

:: you can catch glimpses of blue chiffon flowing in the breeze, sparkles, a white lace trimmed top, a white silk dress with a butterfly placed in between her breasts, a blue floral see-through maxi dress and a white lace mini dress that Kate pulls up to reveal her tiny bum in the end, which by a trick of light, can't actually be seen.

:: so kate, and so pretty.

collaboration ::

Karl Lagerfeld's newest collaboration is with....Coca Cola.

most fashion enthusiasts would have a million guesses and suggestions as to who the iconic fashion figure would do a collab with next, but Coca Cola brings the designer into the land of the mainstream.

Lagerfeld not only designed the Coca Cola Light Bottle for France (an aluminum bottle with pink lid and his distinguishable ponytailed silhouette on the white bottle), as well as shot the ad campaign, below, with models Coca Rocha (styled in pure Lagerfeld-fashion with fingerless leather gloves) and Baptiste Giacobini.

:: via WWD.

:: the ad campaign is set to release in magazines and on billboards April 28th, with Colette and Galeries Layfayette selling limited edition boxed sets with matching bottle openers (about $64.00) ps i want a bottle.

According to WWD, "Lagerfeld has long been a fan of diet cola, and says he prefers to drink it in a delicate crystal goblet to accentuate the taste." a la Coco's goblet. voila.

Baptiste ::

Baptiste Giabiconi is featured on the april Icons cover of L'Officiel Homme's China.

Karl Lagerfeld's personal muse is dressed to be everyone from prince to frank sinatra to elvis and lady gaga. Baptiste looks amazing, in my opinion, in drag.

Erin ::

Paper Magazine's interview with Erin Wasson touches on the model/designer/stylist's love for Alexander, RVCA, Lowluv and life.

"The funnest part of all this -- my empire of dirt, I call it -- is that there's no strategy to any of it," Wasson says in her matter-of-fact rasp, a by-product of her preferred mode of exercise: "I smoke cigarettes and talk shit."- Paper, read the full article here.

photoshoot styled by the one and only Taylor Jacobson.

pas de deux ::

Kate Moss is hard at work prepping her body, and her feet, for the short ballet film she will be in with Mikhail Baryshnikov. Mikhail is one of the most amazing ballet dancers- i am a huge fan (The Turning Point and White Knights are still two of my favorite favorite movies ever- not to mention his role as Carries man on SATC).

:: the film is rumored to be called Baryshnimoss- and will focus on the two as they are- she, not really a prima ballerina, and he a 60 year old dancer. choreographed and directed by Michael Clark, the film will show at a benefit and later art galleries. no release date as of yet, but filming will begin in July in Marseille. keep your eyes open.

homage ::

georgia jagger, the 17 year old daughter of mick and jerry hall, is going to be around for awhile. voted model of the year in 2009 at the British Fashion Awards, the youngest jagger has yet to make her presence really known in the US, but trust me- it's coming.

nov. 09 issue of Vogue UK shot by mario testino.
hands down one of the best covers ever.

:: georgia for hudson jeans s/s 2010 campaign. "my mum is jerry hall and my dad is mick jagger. people say i have good genes."

new face ::

dutch model lara stone is set to replace madonna as the face of louise vuitton. thank god, because those ads bored me to death (no offense, love mag, but she is not the ideal spokesmodel for anyone...i know they're friends and she brings in $$ but she can't realllly be marc jacobs ideal symbol of lv, right?).

:: lara, however, is perfect. the first ads come out in february- can't wait!

"Because the collection loosely took its cues from the idea of the New Age traveler, we decided to create a green, outdoorsy set that would evoke a spirit of peace and love," Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs tells Vogue UK. "To model the clothes, we wanted a modern, iconic, sexy beauty... It had to be Lara Stone."

:: here's the original to get you pumped.

:: update- it never aired. someone plllease tell me if they can find this! ::

Rocha Rocha (or is that too Ricci Ricci?)
Coco? (Makes you think too much of Chanel?)
Rochawear (would you get sued for that because it looks so much like 'Rocawear'?)

i loved Ashley's dress from The Row.she doesn't often wear one of her own designs, but this dress fit her personal style perfectly :: love her use of white.
